I was just spending a day in SB. I had passed the coffee house earlier and was about to go to my car and leave when I heard you from across the street.
I was the grey haired guy who rallied the troops for one more song and got your CD. I listened to it on the way back home to Walnut.
The song about being happy was amazing. So nice to go to a place and discover someone so talented.
Valentine and the last one about Dreaming. Great stuff!
Read your bio and wasn't surprised with some of those who have influenced your music.

I'm so glad to have found your website and even more glad to see that you're still performing. I was going thru some of my cassetes last night and ran across a couple I bought from you when you had that gig at the Crow's Nest. One was Mirage, I can't remember what the other one was.
I don't know if you'll remember me....I know you've seen alot of faces since then....but I used to come see you perform at the Crow's Nest almost every Sat. night. My favorite song to this day is "You Say You Have No Diamonds". Anyway, am VERY glad to see you're still "in the 'biz". Any performances in the Orange County area in the near future? I moved down here from Ojai in 2001. Big change for me, but I'm in Fullerton, which is a little bit nicer than other areas of OC (and just a little bit more liberal).

Great web page Cinder, I enjoyed the pics and music downloads. I appreciate your willingness to offer suggestions to get my music and teaching out of the house and into the public.
I have taught over 20 years Saxophone and piano. I taught at Rolando Gingras' Gold Coast School of Music until they closed.
I'm currently on Nick Rails teachers list.
I only have one student. Marwan, a junior high school saxophone player. He is quite talented and a joy to teach. He is very serious about music and open to learning.

You've got a great talent -- emotive music and poetic, intelligent lyrics.
If I had heard String of Pearls on the radio, I would have guessed (with some confidence)that it was Mary Chapin Carpenter.
Strands of Time reminded me a bit of Kenny Rankin (showing my age).
